Barbie Hsu speaks out about PH and China dispute

Taiwanese actress Barbie Hsu along with other Chinese and South Korean stars aired their opinion about the ongoing dispute of the Philippines and China about the West Philippine Sea. Barbie, who is popularly known in the country because of her character “San Cai” in Meteor Garden, shared on her now suspended Twitter account that she wishes both countries will achieve peace.

Victoria Song of f(x), Lay of EXO, Fei and Jia of miss A and Cao Lu of FIESTAR supported China by posting the flag of the country and added a hashtag that means “China cannot become any smaller” according toallkpop.com.

This all started after the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) gave out a decision on Tuesday in favor of the Philippines.

"There was no legal basis for China to claim historic rights to resources within the sea areas falling within the 'nine-dash line'," the court stated.
